Dereck Ward (General Manager)
Dereck is Arrow International Australia’s General Manager with over 38 years experience in the Building / Construction Industry in Australia and South Africa and has been with Arrow International for approximately 6 years.
Dereck’s career began as an Apprentice Carpenter and since he has held positions such as Forman, Site Manager, Contracts Manager and Control Works Inspector. He has vast experience across the commercial and residential sectors of the industry.
Gary O'Brien (Construction Manager)
Melbourne based Gary has over 20 years of experience in the industry, covering almost all aspects of the industry. His experience includes working in projects in New Zealand and Queensland. At present Gary is the Construction Manager for all Victorian projects
Matt Hall (Senior Project Manager)
Matt is an experienced Project Manager with close to 20 years in the construction industry from labourer, ceiling fixer, design manager, construction manager and project manager. Having gained a national diploma in building studies followed by a BSc Hons degree in Construction Management both in the UK Matt has worked in a number of sectors throughout the industry, worldwide.
Since joining Arrow International in New Zealand in 2007 Matt has built a career around the completion of outstanding projects, seeing him relocate to Melbourne to project manage a $13m Building the Education Revolution schools package.
Colin McCaffrey (Senior Project Manager)
Colin McCaffrey is a Project Manager with 5 years experience in construction industry, featuring heavily in site management and project delivery. Colin is responsible for all Department of Human Services projects and is responsible for the delivery of all facets of this contract.
