This project involved the refurbishment of 46 retail banking facilities throughout Victoria for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
The works were undertaken in two stages, with the first 36 banks located in regional Victoria and the last 10 branches located in metropolitan Melbourne.

Arrow's role

Arrow was engaged as the Construction Manager and reported to the client and the client’s Quantity Surveyor.  
As Construction Manager, Arrow liaised with each of the Branch Managers regarding access and security issues, engaged and managed all contractors, managed programming of the works, site coordination and regular reporting.

Unique Aspects

Critical to the success of the project was the management of tenancy requirements and to ensure nil disruption to the security and data operations of each Branch.
With an extremely tight timeframe, Arrow delivered all of these geographically diverse projects within programme and under budget without disruption to supply.
